SAN FRANCISCO - Total Informaiton Analysis has learned that French research Thierry Meyssan has been barred from entering the United States by the Pentagon.
Meyssan, the author of "Le Pentagate," a book that dissects the evidence no Boeing airliner hit the Pentagon, was scheduled to appear at a 9/11 Citizens Inquiry conference convening in San Francisco's Herbst Theatre this weekend.
One of the commissioners, the woman on the commission, asked Rumsfeld about air defense plans and what they were. He confessed that planes are supposed to be sent up to intercept hijacked planes. The inference here is that THEY WERE SENT UP ON 9/11, and that a SHOOTDOWN ORDER WAS ISSUED, BUT THAT THE PILOTS DID NOT RECEIVE SAID ORDER!!!
This is huge! This means somebody either deliberately did not convey that order, there was a huge collosal screw-up (EXTREMELY unlikely given the severity of the circumstances), or A STANDOWN ORDER WAS ISSUED BY SOMEONE.

KADUNA, Nigeria, March 11, 2004 - A UNICEF campaign to vaccinate Nigeria's youth against polio may have been a front for sterilizing the nation. Dr. Haruna Kaita, a pharmaceutical scientist and Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, took samples of the vaccine to labs in India for analysis.
Using WHO-recommended technologies like Gas Chromatography (GC) and Radio-Immuno assay, Dr. Kaita, upon analysis, found evidence of serious contamination. "Some of the things we discovered in the vaccines are harmful, toxic; some have direct effects on the human reproductive system," he said in an interview with Kaduna's Weekly Trust. "I and some other professional colleagues who are Indians who were in the Lab could not believe the discovery," he said.

Senior Clinton administration officials called to testify next week before the independent commission investigating the Sept. 11 attacks say they are prepared to detail how they repeatedly warned their Bush administration counterparts in late 2000 that Al Qaeda posed the worst security threat facing the nation — and how the new administration was slow to act.
They said the warnings were delivered in urgent post-election intelligence briefings in December 2000 and January 2001 for Condoleezza Rice, who became Mr. Bush's national security adviser; Stephen Hadley, now Ms. Rice's deputy; and Philip D. Zelikow, a member of the Bush transition team, among others. [...] The sworn testimony from the high-ranking Clinton administration officials — including Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright, Defense Secretary William S. Cohen and Samuel R. Berger, Mr. Clinton's national security adviser — is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday.
They are expected to testify along with Secretary of State Colin L. Powell and Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld, who will answer for the Bush administration, as well as George J. Tenet, director of central intelligence in both administrations.
Public interest groups are demanding the immediate resignation of the director of the federal commission investigating the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, just as the commission prepares to hold high-profile hearings this week with senior officials from the Bush and Clinton administrations.
The 9-11 Family Steering Committee and 9-11 Citizens Watch, two separate groups, are demanding the resignation of Philip Zelikow, executive director of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks upon the United States, after information surfaced over the weekend that he participated in Bush administration briefings prior to Sept. 11 on the threat al Qaeda posed to the country.
TAIPEI, Taiwan — A convenient — or worse, faked — assassination attempt? Blatant fraud at the ballot box? Conspiracy theories abound in Taiwan's disputed presidential election. . . .
It all began Friday, when bullets nicked President Chen Shui-bian and Vice President Annette Lu as they campaigned. The shots, which caused only minor injuries, turned out to be a life-saver for Chen, who was trailing challenger Lien Chan by up to 6 percentage points, then apparently won a narrow victory yesterday.
No one has been arrested in the shooting, and no one has claimed responsibility, leaving people to blame just about everyone from China and the participating political parties to a gambling ring that stood to drop a fortune if Lien won.
Among the rumors feeding the speculation:
• Chen used the attack as a pretext to activate the national security apparatus, meaning 200,000 military and police — traditionally Nationalists — were too busy to vote.
• The invalidated ballots — 337,297 in a race won by 29,158 votes — were three times the number rejected in the 2000 presidential election.
• Stories that Chen, while running for elected office in Tainan 18 years ago, appeared at an election eve rally wheeling an intravenous drip and claiming that he had been poisoned by the opposition Nationalists. He reportedly appeared healthy the next day. . . .
• The seemingly relaxed security around the president before the shooting. He stood in a roofless vehicle driven slowly through a crowded, two-lane street and did not wear a bulletproof vest.

Schwarzenegger will be in Israel for the ground-breaking of the Museum of Tolerance in Jerusalem, officials at the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles confirmed earlier this month.
"Governor Schwarzenegger has accepted our invitation and will be the guest speaker at the ground-breaking ceremony on May 2," Rabbi Marvin Hier, founder of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and director of the Museum of Tolerance, told Haaretz.
