I found this gem a few weeks ago in a movie memoribilia store on Hollywood Boulevard. It's the kit distibuted by the studio to theatre owners with fun ideas on how to promote the film. "Horror" was released on double bill with "Curse Of the Living Corpse," which you will see referenced several times. I didn't include a few items that focused exclusively on the second picture, but I left in references to the double bill. Everything else is intact, although it may have been incomplete when I found it.
First up are a couple of faux newspaper articles, followed by suggestions for the theater owners, and, at the end, a series of teaser ads for the theaters to place in the papers. The kit also had a number of black and white illustrations for posters and ads, the three basic designs of which are accessable from the MSTed Movie Gallery's Season 8 page.
Enjoy!

A drag race between a hot rod and motorcycles ends at a rock-and-roll beach party.
A shapeless mass rests on the bottom of the sea. hen [sic]a barrel containing radioactive waste is unloaded from a passing ship, plunges to the bottom and splits against a jagged rock. An ominous-looking black liquid oozes out covering a human skull. Suddenly it seems to move! It becomes an encrusted vicious monster which slowly twitches into life. "The Horror of Party Beach" is born.
Soon there are several monsters. Once brought into being, these monsters must have human blood to survive, so out of the sea they come searching for sustenance.
The monsters strike the beach party first, killing Tina (MARILYN CLARK). Hank Green (JOHN SCOTT), college football hero, and Elaine (ALICE LYON) enlist the aid of the latter's father, Dr. Gavin (ALLEN LAUREL), a science professor, to search out the perpetrators of the attacks.
The monsters continue their murderous onsiaght unabated. They attack a slumber party of twenty teenagers. Three girl motorists are kiiied. In one assault, one of the monsters loses an arm. Experimenting with it, Dr. Gavin discovers that only sodium will destroy the monsters whose composition is largely water. Hank begins to gather all the sodium available in the area for a last ditch defense. Meanwhile, Dr. Gavin, the police and Elaine test the lakes and ponds for radioactivity. Elaine succeeds in locating the hiding place of the monsters but in her haste to retrn [sic] to her father with the news she stumbles and injures her leg. Dusk is now failing and in the distance can be heard the menacing noises of the creatures emerging from their watery lair in search of blood. Gripped by terror and unable to move, Elaine watches in horror as her father is attacked. The picture moves on to a terrifying and thriling climax.
